Mr. Farid Dallal co-founded Keeplivinginyourhome.com and continues to be the company's main driving force. Farid successfully established and actively manages "KLIYH" largest REO and loan modification departments and is guiding the company's growth through real estate investments, acquisitions, new product lines, and strategic partnerships. Prior to founding Keeplivinginyourhome.com, Farid for eight years was the branch manager for a mortgage company., a mortgage company specializing in REO database tools. Previously, he was a real estate/analyst, and was also a project development consultant. Farid holds a degree in Management and minored in MIS from Binghampton University in New York. In his leisure time, he is an avid tennis and soccer player, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  Mr. Farid Dallal is also fluent in spanish due to his business ventures overseas in South America.

 

 

Mr. Omid Dallal is actively involved in the company's financial management and business strategy. In addition to his involvement with KLIYH, Omid was a partner with the Cross Atlantic Consulting of Companies, a privately held New York trading partnership. Prior to Cross Atlantic, Omid held a number of management positions in the real estate industry, including serving as President of a multi-million dollar broker management company. Omid holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in business from the Binghampton University and an M.B.A. from the Miami Business School.  Mr. Omid Dallal is also fluent in spanish.

 

 

 

Mr. Joe Toro joined Keeplivinginyourhome.com in February 2006 as V.P. of Loan Modifications. Prior to joining KLIYH, he was Senior Vice President and CFO for North Side Solutions Inc., a $400 million mortgage company. Joe also served as Vice President and CFO for The Money Source Inc., and was a member of the worldwide management team. During his tenure with TMS Inc., he was responsible for a $1 billion global business and headed up financial organizations in North America and Asia. Prior to joining TMS Inc., he began his career with Ernst & Young. Joe holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from New York University.

 

 

 

Mr. David Wolan joined Keeplivinginyourhome.com in June of 2009. David has a proven track record in the high technology and mortgage industries. Prior to joining our company, David was General Manager, America Reality, a provider of software real estate solutions for unified video and voice applications over IP and 3G networks. From December 2002 until December 2005, David served as President of Mortgage Communications Solutions, Inc., where he established the company"s presence in the North American market. David holds a degree and an MBA degree, both from Ohio State University.  In his leisure time, he is an avid tennis player, and enjoys spending time with his family.
